Return & Refund Policy

At Neha Infotech, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Software or digital products once activated/downloaded.

    • Items purchased under clearance, final sale, or offers unless defective.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (in case of damage or wrong item).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
